1:1 Lessons

This option is best for students who will appreciate personal contact with the teacher. Lessons can take place at mine or at the student's house.

I prepare bespoke 1:1 lessons which focus on what’s most important to YOU.

  • Do you want to get to know the Polish language from its foundation?
  • Are you trying to wrap your head around Polish grammar (e.g., the multitude of endings – isn’t that exciting!)?
  • Would you like to perfect your conversation skills?
  • Would you like to chat about Polish literature or film?

I prepare the lessons so that you learn as much as possible in each one, no matter what your goals are. I also make sure to choose methods and materials which correspond with your interests and preferences in the following ways:

  • Working with carefully chosen textbooks that have grammar and other material gathered in one place
  • Using games as icebreakers for beginners or for those moments when learners are low on energy
  • Finding interesting articles, books and films which will give us lots to talk about.

If you are looking for Polish lessons which:

  • Will develop your passions and interests;
  • Are run in a pleasant, homely atmosphere;
  • Are prepared based on diverse and challenging materials;
  • Will help you to learn more about Polish culture and customs.

Online lessons provide the same quality of lessons in-person but in a remote environment. My experience includes online classes for individual students as well as bigger groups.

Online Lessons

Online lessons provide the same quality of lessons in-person but in a remote environment. My experience includes online classes for individual students as well as bigger groups.

During my online lessons I use:

  • Online games to practise new vocabulary;
  • Interactive whiteboard;
  • Presentations which help explain new grammar rules;
  • Photos, movies and all that the internet has to offer.

I believe that personal contact with a student is a really important part of the effective teaching process. But what if we can’t meet in person? Does it mean we can not have lessons? No! We can meet online. 2020 has shown, that online lessons can be as good as in-person ones, and my students agree:

...due to the Covid pandemic I forced into the online route to continue my studies and to my surprise found it so easy and enjoyable to learn online and can recommend it most highly to anyone with any doubts about the effectiveness of online learning.

If you are looking for Polish online lessons which:

  • Are run in a pleasant atmosphere;
  • Use new technologies to prepare interesting and engaging lessons;
  • Are prepared based on diverse and challenging materials;
  • Will help you to learn more about Polish culture and customs.
